ELWES Cecilia 1874-1952

Flower painter who studied at the Stanhope Forbes School of Painting in Newlyn and with Lamorna Birch. Elwes wrote on flower painting and showed at the Newlyn Art Gallery, ROI, RI, RSA and SWA.
