FLETCHER William Teulon Blandford 1858-1936
Painter, born in Hampstead, London the son of an upholster. He attended the Royal College of Art 1875-79 where he won the Silver Medal and the Queen's prize, and at Verlat's Académie Royale, Antwerp.
