KEMP-WELCH Lucy Elizabeth 1869-1958
Painter of animals particularly horses who was born in Bournemouth, Hampshire. She studied under Sir Hubert Herkomer at Herkomer Art School, Bushey and by 1895 had begun exhibiting at the RA.
