MacLAGAN Philip Douglas 1901-1972
Painter, born Swatow, Southern China, his family returning to Berwick-upon-Tweed, Scotland in 1905. He studied at St. John's Wood School of Art 1918-19 and at the RA Schools under Glyn Philpot.
