SCOTT Ian James 1914-2010
Illustrator and cartoonist born Isaac Yaacov Oskotsky in Stepney, London to orthodox Jewish immigrant parents. He attended St. Martin's School of Art, 1928-32 and the Royal College of Art, 1932-35.
