Oriel Gallery, Dublin

The Gallery was established in 1968 by antique dealer and collector Oliver Nulty (1920-2005) in the heart of Georgian Dublin, almost next to the National Gallery of Ireland. Nulty has exhibited artists who have had strong connections with both north and south of the border which still continues long after his demise. Artists who have been exhibited have included Basil Blackshaw, Daniel O'Neill, Evie Hone, Frank McKelvey, George Gillespie, Gerard Dillon, Jack Yeats, Humbert Craig, Louis le Brocquy, Mainie Jellett, Markey Robinson, Mary Swanzy, Paul Henry, Percy French, Roderic O'Conor, John Lavery, William Orpen and William Scott to name but a few.
