Carlton Studios

Also known as Carlton Studio was a commercial art studio founded in London in 1902 by four Canadian artists. Namely Archibald Martin, T.G. Greene, Norman Mills Price and William Wallace. In 1903, they were joined by fellow Canadian J.E.H. MacDonald. The studio produced illustrations and advertising graphics for a wide number of clients including Sandeman’s Port, Boots the Chemists, State Express cigarettes, the Empire Marketing Board and Woman’s Own. The address of the studio was given in 1928 as Carlton House, Great Queen Street, London WC2.
