Ritchie Hendriks Gallery
This Dublin-based gallery opened under the name of the Ritchie Hendriks Gallery in April 1956 and was renamed the David Hendriks Gallery in May 1969. It was a pivotal institution in the development of contemporary art in Ireland, operating in Dublin for over three decades. It originally opened at 3 St. Stephen's Green before moving to 119 St. Stephen's Green in the early 1960's.
Following David Hendriks' death in 1983, the gallery was purchased by Vincent Ferguson and traded as the Hendriks Gallery until it closed in 1988 due to financial losses.
